West High Sorority - Fraternity Alumni Members Invited To Annual Picnic
The annual Western Hills High School Sorority and Fraternity Alumni Picnic is scheduled, and all former Sorority and Fraternity members are cordially invited to be our guest!
Join us for some friendly fun and reminiscing on Sunday, May 20, 2018, from 1:00-6:00 p.m., (rain or shine), at Fernbank Park, Riverview Shelter House, 50 Thornton Avenue (off Route 50), in Sayler Park, Ohio. Group photos are scheduled at 3:00 p.m., and drawings for Split-the-Pot and some great Door Prizes commence at 5:00 p.m.
BYO drinks (alcohol permitted) and a side dish or dessert to share if you wish. Brats, Mett’s and Hot Dogs are free, or bring along your own grill-ready items. Charcoal and grills are provided, and our shared food table includes side dishes and desserts for your dining pleasure.
The Planning Committee wishes to sincerely thank all donors for their kind support of this annual event. All proceeds fund the annual event, and our members love to support the businesses that support us! Donations from the local business community, and from former Sorority and Fraternity members who prospered in business, are offered as Door Prizes.
If you own a business and wish to donate gift certificates, products or services for the raffle, please contact the Event Coordinator Cindy Sander, (Tausia-Class of 1970)

In return for your kind donation, we will publicize your business on our Facebook page; list your business name on our donor list; and prominently display your business on hang-tags for each item donated. Receipt of all donations requested by April 16, 2018.
